Sponsorship Opportunities

Part of our mission as an organization is to build connections between neighbors. Our annual "End of Summer" Festival will help bridge that connection with the goal of supporting our Broadway Businesses and our community. 

The End of Summer Festival is a fundraiser and as a non-profit all proceeds from the event will go towards funding our organizational costs (approx $1500/year), and allowing us to put together more events throughout the year to help neighbors meet each other.

Vendor Booths

Do you own a small business? Are a neighbor? or an Artist that would like to set up a vendor booth at our event to promote your business or sell your goods? We will have booths available for neighbors to shop local and help support our local business owners.  You can get creative too! (Hair cuts? Offer live demonstrations? To make this event successful we are also looking for:

• Donation items (large and small) - For giveaway to the winners of games and for the silent auction. 

• Volunteers to help us on the committee

• Volunteers to help the day of the event (Set-up, Sell Drinks, Be the MC for the event, Greet people, Clean-up, etc.)
